Thor: The Dark World...a fangirling session

I've been a bit slack with blog material over the past week because I'm literally living in a blur of sleep, catching up on tv shows, facebook stalking, and some sneaky drinks. Hopefully, I'll get to do some exciting things with my life that I can blog about :)

A few days ago, I finally got around to watching Thor: The Dark World. IT WAS ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!!! If you have yet to watch it, it's a definite must. I was casually starting conversation with someone yesterday, and it turns out they haven't seen a single Marvel film. WHAT?! Ha. I would recommend seeing Thor and The Avengers before seeing this instalment, as it is quite fast paced, and would definitely be helpful in understanding why Loki was locked up. Oops, I should warn people that there might be a few spoilers in the following fangirling section.

I watch Marvel films for this guy...Hiddles

I really wanted to see Thor 2 for one reason: Tom Hiddleston. Hiddles is the most perfect thing in the whole entire world, and he is perfect and majestic and hilarious and...I could fangirl forever. I've spent hours upon hours on Youtube and Tumblr just fangirling over this beautiful human being. If you don't understand what the hype is about, watch the recent Chatty Man interview he did. Oh my god. I may have almost peed my pants when I saw his face on the screen.

Another reason I almost completely lost controlled of my bladder was because I completely forgot that Zachary Levi also makes an appearance as Fandral. I LOVE THAT MAN TOO!! I spent a whole month just before exams watching all of Chuck again (if I fail this semester's exams, it was all because of Zac). Zac as a blond with a delightfully weird goatie thing going on with his face just made me lose it. Sorry to whoever was sitting in front of me. I made very inappropriate noises :S Chris Evans also makes a brief appearance, due to Loki shapeshifting.

Zachary Levi...such a lothario
Have I mentioned that this film was probably the most hilarious Marvel film, and that's saying a lot because, I mean, Iron Man. But seriously, the one-liners in this film are hilarious. And Kat Dennings delivers most of them.

I don't want to go into too much of a 'review' of the film, because I'm pretty incapable of doing that without fangirling all over the place, and there are a million reviews out there already. I hope that I've given you a few reasons to watch this great film. Another would be Chris Hemsworth's arms. Yum.
